A premier immersive arts and events venue in New York City is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Vice President, Event Sales to support continued revenue growth and market expansion. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, cultivating high-value client relationships, and managing the full sales lifecycle across corporate, entertainment, and group event segments.
The ideal candidate brings a strong luxury hospitality or venue sales background, excels at relationship-driven sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment focused on delivering elevated guest experiences.
Compensation and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in luxury venue, hospitality, or event sales
- Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution
Preferred Background and Skills
- Background in luxury hospitality, experiential events, or entertainment venues
- Experience working with corporate accounts, agencies, and production partners
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as TripleSeat
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with attention to detail
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across corporate, entertainment, and group event segments
- Conduct venue tours, client meetings, networking events, and sales presentations
- Manage proposals, contracts, booking activity, and sales reporting within CRM systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, revenue management, and leadership teams to execute successful events
