District Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the results of 6-7 restaurants
- Hire, Mentor, and support a team to achieve excellence in customer service
- Deliver an exceptional, fresh, high-quality product daily
- Ensure standards are maximized regarding cleanliness and sanitation
- Produce high-performing, financially successful stores
- Be a resource for all problems and work collaboratively to resolve issues
- Be the Brand Ambassador of the company
District Manager Qualifications:
- Five years of GM/ Multi-unit experience
- Great attitude, inspirational
- Proven success managing a region of 6-7 restaurants with a fast-casual concept
- New store opening experience
- Ability to travel
- Strong financial acumen
