What You’ll Do as Chef de Cuisine
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations across one or multiple concepts, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Develop, innovate, and execute seasonal menus that align with brand vision and guest preferences
- Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and operational standards, including ensuring all team members hold required certifications like ServSafe
- Collaborate closely with management on budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to meet business goals
- Act as an ambassador for our brand, delivering a guest-first experience through culinary excellence and team leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef within independent or high-quality restaurant concepts
- Strong guest-oriented mindset with a passion for elevating the dining experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to mentor and develop kitchen teams
- Current ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety qualification
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to innovate and grow within a fast-paced, evolving restaurant group
