Sales Executive Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in fashion or apparel
- Strong, established relationships with major retail stakeholders
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and profitability
- Deep understanding of retail merchandising and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Sales Executive Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Nordstrom Rack
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize assortments
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to curate product assortments aligned with market trends and customer needs
- Stay updated on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics
