Operations Leader Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing and leading Teams to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and growing the business.
- The Go-To individual on the team because you know every station and are a natural problem-solver.
- Obsessed with product quality and food safety procedures
- Strong and decisive communicator who gains alignment with all stakeholders
Operations Leader Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant General Manager role
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including late nights.
- Ability to assist in multiple locations in the DMV
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish
- Strong catering background and knowledge
Leader Benefits:
- A base salary of $60-$70K
