AGM Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing and leading Teams to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and growing the business.
- The Go-To individual in the team because you know every station and are a natural problem solver.
- Obsessed with product quality and food safety procedures
- Strong and decisive communicator who gains alignment with all stakeholders
AGM Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant leadership role
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including late nights.
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish
- Strong catering background and knowledge
Leader Benefits:
- A base salary of $60-$65K
