A growing metal stamping manufacturer is hiring multiple Metal Stamping Press Operators for both day and night shift openings. This is a hands-on production role running stamping presses and progressive die equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability, safety, and teamwork matter.

Metal Stamping Press Operator Benefits and Compensation:
- Starting base pay of $18.48/hour
- An additional $0.25/hour attendance bonus for full weekly attendance
- Night shift differential:
- +$0.65/hour for first 90 days
- Increases to +$1.00/hour after 90 days
- 4-day workweek schedule– enjoy 3-day weekends every week
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Night Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Metal Stamping Press Operator Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or metal stamping experience preferred
- Experience operating presses, stamping equipment, or industrial machinery strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable lifting 70–90 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting awareness
- Experience performing visual quality inspections preferred
- Maintain production pace while meeting quality expectations
- Complete production paperwork and SPC documentation accurately
- Ability to identify and report machine or quality concerns quickly
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Must haves:
- Operate single-stroke and progressive die stamping presses
- Run production parts according to work instructions and production rates
- Perform visual inspections on stamped metal parts
- Monitor part quality and escalate concerns when needed
- Keep dies and work areas clean and organized
- Work safely around moving production equipment
- Handle repetitive production work in a physically active manufacturing setting
- Support overall production flow and team production goals
Metal Stamping Press Operator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- Progressive die stamping experience
- CNC operation in a production environment
- Industrial production or fabrication experience
- Forklift or material handling exposure within manufacturing
- SPC or production quality documentation experience
- Experience working around medium carbon steel production
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
