Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 6–10+ years of experience in business valuation, litigation support, or forensic accounting
- Demonstrated experience working directly with attorneys on contested matters
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and technical writing skills
- Confidence explaining complex financial topics to non-financial audiences
Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- ABV, CFF, CVA, ASA, or similar certification
- Experience in managing client relationships or engagement teams
Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead business valuation assignments for closely held businesses, professional practices, and intangible assets
- Perform financial analysis for commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, economic damages, and fraud investigations
- Prepare detailed, court-ready valuation and expert reports in accordance with industry and IRS standards
- Support expert witness testimony through drafting reports and preparing for depositions and trial appearances
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for attorneys and clients, offering expertise and support throughout engagements
- Oversee project timelines and mentor junior staff in a collaborative environment
