We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in the nutritional supplement sector. The Operations Analyst will contribute to building a culture of collaboration and agility to facilitate efficient business growth and scalability.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations including logistics management and administrative functions that support the overall company. The role also plays a pivotal part in managing short-term business plans and projects for the organization, bridging the gaps between product development, procurement, and logistics.
Operations Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for orders and customer management, handle correspondence, maintain records, and office maintenance
- Oversee operational and logistical aspects of product movement through third-party providers
- Monitor and report on logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, damage rates, compliance incidents)
- Provide support for conferences, events, exhibits, and brand materials
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations
- Assist in developing standard practices and compliance infrastructure
- Help execute contracts and resolve procurement issues to optimize product launches
- Update company procedures and guidelines as needed
- Expand supply chain acumen and apply that knowledge to uncover opportunities and innovate processes
- Perform other related duties, special projects, and cross-functional support as assigned

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical, computer, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing processes and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing strategies, tactics, processes, procedures, and systems — ideally in the nutritional supplement industry
- Experience with ERP software, CRM systems, and other business management tools
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Mandarin.
