Area Manager – Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) – High-Volume Locations, 24-Hour Fast Food Restaurants

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Manage daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and product quality
- Drive sales and profitability through smart business decisions and team engagement
- Oversee labor, inventory, and food cost controls of group of locations
- Create a positive, high-energy culture where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume or 24-hour operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
