A well-established Pacific Northwest defense litigation firm is seeking Associate Attorneys to join a growing team. The firm specializes in medical malpractice defense, professional liability, and long-term care defense, with active matters in both Oregon and Washington.
The Role You will work alongside experienced partners on active defense matters, taking on increasing responsibility as you get up to speed. Candidates with 2–5 years of civil litigation experience are strongly preferred, particularly those with a background in medical malpractice or healthcare defense. Workers' compensation or longshore experience is a plus.
What We Offer Competitive base salary ($115K–$135K), year-end performance bonus, medical benefits, long-term disability, 401(k) with firm contribution, $100/month parking stipend, bar dues paid, and flexible PTO. Oregon bar license required; Washington licensure preferred (costs covered by the firm).
