Searching for an experienced Pizza Operations Supervisor that has experience managing F/B outlets, preferably from a resort setting. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide leadership to Pizza Outlets
- Train, coach, mentor F&B team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service.
- Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
- Effectively manage COGs, labor, and restaurant expenses
- 5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a resort or similar setting
- A degree in hospitality (preferred) or related field or equivalent experience listed above.
- Familiar with food and beverage systems and controls
- Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
