Hotel Company Controller
Fast growing Property Management Hospitality Company is searching for a Financial Controller. The position will be responsible for managing the accounting and finance department of a multi-unit company.
Hotel Company Controller Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis on Acquisition, Refinance, and Disposition of development or revenue projects.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for multiple properties to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Accurately complete account reconciliations and review them with the CPA firm.
- Analyze current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
- Maintain accounting dashboard, cash flow, debt, and equity projections and provide actionable insights based on findings.
- Monitor Labor and payroll processes and practices. Assist with other payroll processing duties and compliance, as needed
Hotel Company Controller Qualifications:
- Requires ability to interpret accounting principles/extract information and / perform arithmetic functions.
- A degree in finance or accounting would be preferred.
- 4-7 years of accounting experience working with multiple revenue centers/units in either Hospitality / Real Estate / Property Management.
- Able to collaborate with leadership and property Managers and also be able to work independently.
- Quick books experience is preferred.
Financial Controller Benefits
- Base salary of 95k to 105k.
- Vacation, sick, and holiday pay.
