Sales and Marketing Director Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Marketing and Sales leadership role
- Experience with SEO
- Multi-Unit experience with 5-15 locations
- A history of success in digital marketing in a membership environment
- Skilled in communication and able to present ideas and ROI's to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
Sales and Marketing Director
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with ambitious growth goals
- Drive revenue, client acquisition, and membership engagement across all locations
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, brand management, and local market launches
- Lead and motivate both internal teams and external partners (agencies, contractors, staff)
- Manage outbound sales functions, including consult bookings, lead follow-up, and membership conversion
