Commercial New Business Associate — Independent Insurance Agency
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fully remote independent agency managing $65M+ in GWP. Strong culture, tenured team, and a role built around the part of commercial insurance most people actually love.
The Role
- Pure new business. No cold calling, no book management, no renewals.
- Qualified leads come in, you take them from intake through bind, and hand off to a dedicated service team.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of commercial lines experience across a variety of risk classes
- Comfort in both standard and E&S/surplus lines markets
- Strong client-facing presence, consultative not transactional
- Self-directed work style, comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Active P&C license
The Setup
- Fully remote, anywhere in the US
- Must work 8 AM to 5 PM PST from a dedicated home office
- All equipment provided
