General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on GM leadership experience in the Hospitality Operations
- Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
- Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
- Must be able to work flexible shifts: nights, mornings, mids, and weekends. Late, Late nights are required!
