Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service or scratch-kitchen setting
- Culinary or Hospitality degree
- Solid understanding of food safety, inventory, and labor management
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to lead the kitchen, ensuring performance, food quality, and service excellence
- Experience overseeing day-to-day operations and monitoring team performance
