Restaurant District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Current multi-unit experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) required
- Strong track record of developing general managers and leadership teams
- Results-driven operator with strong accountability and communication skills
Restaurant District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop general managers to deliver consistent operational excellence
- Oversee 4–6 locations while maintaining brand standards, quality, and service
- Support and execute new store openings
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and KPI performance
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions proactively
