Associate Attorney – Healthcare Litigation Responsibilities:
- Support the daily litigation needs of health care providers and suppliers, including large health systems, post‑acute care organizations, physician groups, clinical laboratories, pharmacies, and digital health companies
- Draft clear, concise legal analysis, briefs, motions, and related filings
- Conduct discovery and e‑discovery, manage subpoenas, and participate in depositions, arbitrations, and internal investigations
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business operations, objectives, and strategic goals
- Provide practical, actionable legal advice tailored to complex regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with colleagues across related practice areas, including fraud and abuse investigations, licensing and certification, and health care transactions
Associate Attorney – Health Care Litigation Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Located in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego
- Level‑appropriate litigation experience (brief writing, motion practice, discovery, e‑discovery, arbitration, depositions, investigations, subpoena responses)
- Prior health care litigation experience is not required, but interest in health law and complex regulatory regimes is essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
