The Opportunity
This role combines marketing strategist, creative producer, and technical operator responsibilities into one high-impact position. You will lead day-to-day marketing execution while building scalable frameworks for acquisition, retention, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Growth
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and related platforms
- Manage ad lifecycles, rotation cadence, and creative refresh to combat fatigue
- Develop top-of-funnel and retargeting strategies tied directly to growth and revenue metrics
- Configure tracking and attribution to measure ROI and engagement
Creative Execution
- Script, film, and edit short-form marketing videos, ads, and testimonials
- Direct on-site shoots with the CEO and creators, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency
- Produce export-ready creative assets for ads, landing pages, and social channels
- Handle color correction, motion graphics, and sound design using DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
Design & Web Operations
- Collaborate in Figma to refine marketing visuals and user-facing designs
- Manage website updates and content publishing via Webflow and CMS tools
- Maintain and enforce brand and style guidelines across marketing assets
Analytics & Reporting
- Track ad spend, conversions, and growth metrics in shared dashboards
- Identify performance trends, test new creative formats, and iterate based on data
- Build lightweight reports and automations using Google Sheets, Meta Ads, and GA4
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the CEO and product team to align campaigns with launches and roadmap milestones
- Coordinate external contractors (animation, copywriting, specialized design) as needed
- Document and refine marketing workflows into repeatable processes for future team growth
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing for a B2C product or SaaS platform
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
- Proven success scaling online customer acquisition through paid digital channels
- Strong video production skills (filming, editing, color grading) and familiarity with tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative and operational decisions
- Self-starter comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Direct experience in, or strong familiarity with, the music industry
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Figma and Webflow
- Background marketing to creators, musicians, or entertainment professionals
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, funnel conversion)
- Experience creating internal playbooks, process documentation, or Scribe-style guides
- Memphis-area presence for occasional on-site filming and collaboration
