Hotel Housekeeping Manager Benefits:

Hotel Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
- Train and supervise the staff of the department utilizing an ongoing training program.
- Achieve appropriate staffing within the department by utilizing proper interviewing and hiring procedures.
- Administer appropriate discipline procedures as necessary and within the established guidelines.
- Schedule staff consistent with the volume of business and guest needs within budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain standards to ensure consistency in regards to guest service and quality of product by direct guest interaction.
- Responsible for well-furnished and maintained guestrooms and public areas.
Hotel Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:
- High School diploma, or college degree or equivalent, extensive knowledge of resort property management systems, minimum two years of experience in Housekeeping
- Minimum three years of Housekeeping management experience
