Director of Sales & Marketing Benefits & Compensation

Director of Sales & Marketing Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing and sales leadership, preferably with multi-location & new location launch experience within a wellness membership environment
- Demonstrated success in digital performance marketing, brand strategy, and outbound sales systems
- Team leadership and budget management experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
Director of Sales & Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with ambitious growth goals
- Drive revenue, client acquisition, and membership engagement across all locations
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, brand management, and local market launches
- Lead and motivate both internal teams and external partners (agencies, contractors, staff)
- Manage outbound sales functions, including consult bookings, lead follow-up, and membership conversion
