Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Ability to pass SIDA badging as the restaurant is located behind security.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and computer literate.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and respond efficiently to unanticipated problems.
Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Conceptual understanding of American cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Experience in managing inventory, portion control, and food costs.
