Hands-On Restaurant Leader | $90K–$100K + Bonus | Exceptional Work-Life Balance
We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned restaurant concept that has proudly served its community for over 50 years and continues to be a trusted destination for guests across all three dayparts. We are seeking a hands-on, people-driven leader who enjoys being present on the floor, developing teams, and driving sales through great execution. This role will have full responsibility for three meal periods daily, while also leading cost control, purchasing efficiencies, and operational streamlining. The right leader will balance hospitality and discipline while helping guide the business forward.
- Competitive salary: $90,000–$100,000
