Role Highlights
- Lead a high-volume catering operation
- Develop menus showcasing Indigenous and locally sourced cuisine
- Build kitchen systems, SOPs, and operational standards
- Lead and mentor a collaborative culinary team
- Serve as a visible, community-facing leader
Requirements
- 4+ years of culinary leadership experience
- High-volume, event-driven catering background
- Experience with SOPs, menu development, and HACCP
- Valid driver’s license
