What You’ll Do as a Lawn Crew Team Member
- Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, and property care
- Operate landscaping and lawn equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, professional-looking properties for residential and commercial clients
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, spring/fall cleanups, and general outdoor labor
- Work closely with crew leaders to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
What We’re Looking For in a Lawn Crew Team Member
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
