Account Executive Role Overview
This is a high-impact, high-ownership sales role where you’ll sell in-demand marketing solutions including paid media, content strategy, influencer partnerships, and livestream commerce.

Account Executive Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect mid-sized consumer brands ready to invest in digital marketing
- Engage decision-makers (Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, CMOs, Founders) via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and budgets
- Present tailored digital advertising and social media solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing
- Track pipeline activity using CRM tools and report on progress regularly
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities in the Los Angeles area
Account Executive Requirements
Must Have:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (digital advertising, social media marketing, or media sales preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect independently (no reliance on inbound leads)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation
- Understanding of at least one major ad platform (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Nice to Have:
- Existing network with marketing decision-makers at consumer brands
- Experience selling full-service marketing or retainer-based solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $30-$40/hour during ramp (with performance-based increases after 90 days)
- Commission: Tiered, uncapped — your earnings are directly tied to your performance
