Restaurant General Manager is needed for this growing restaurant group that values its associates and has great programs that support their team members.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of a quality branded QSR
- Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop crew members and upcoming leaders
- Develop and coach the team and delegate responsibilities to get results through others
- Lead by example and ensure all brand standards are trained and followed
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant operations management experience with at least 1 year of General Manager or Assistant GM experience
- Has the ability to coach, train, and develop a team
- Possess strong leadership and good communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
- Works well in a hands-on team environment
