A growing, multi-entity real estate organization is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a true right hand and strategic partner to senior leadership. This is not a traditional calendar-and-travel EA role; the right person will create momentum, drive follow-through, manage open priorities, and help keep people and projects accountable. The ideal candidate is proactive, urgent, business-minded, highly organized, and comfortable taking ambiguous direction and turning it into action. This role is fully on-site in St. George, Utah.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leadership, business owners, executives, or high-level operators in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through; open loops should bother you
- Ability to take general direction, organize next steps, and move projects forward with limited instruction
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operations, priorities, people, and company goals
- Comfortable representing leadership in meetings, capturing decisions, and driving accountability on action items
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive, with strong planning and follow-up skills
- Direct and tactful communicator who can hold others accountable professionally
- Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, vacation rentals, operations, or another service-based business is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic administrative and operational partner to a senior executive across multiple business entities
- Own follow-through on priorities, projects, meetings, deadlines, and action items
- Attend meetings alongside or on behalf of executive leadership when needed
- Capture key takeaways, communicate next steps, and help drive accountability across teams
- Organize open items, track ownership, identify what is slipping, and keep priorities visible
- Take loosely defined projects, clarify what needs to happen, and execute at a high standard
- Help identify gaps, solve problems, improve processes, and keep business initiatives moving forward
- Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
