We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team! This is an exciting opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values creativity and consistency, and enjoys developing and mentoring a team.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and help create an outstanding dining experience for every guest. We are seeking someone who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about hospitality and great food.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and lead the team during service
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff
- Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost management
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support menu development and execution of seasonal features
- Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Executive Chef
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for culinary excellence and guest experience
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
