Senior Program Manager Responsibilities:

– Communicate directly with event stakeholders to maintain relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

– Develop, manage, and execute communication plans for assigned events.

– Create and present overall budgets for events, maintaining cost-effectiveness.

– Organize programs to meet event specifications, including budgeting, site selection, and contract negotiations.

– Oversee event delivery strategies to align with business objectives and core values.

– Lead weekly calls with clients and event management teams to maintain event timelines.

Senior Program Manager Qualifications:

– Minimum of ten years of senior event planning experience with increasing responsibility.

– Superb project management skills, initiative, and creativity.

– Strategic marketing and events leadership experience.

– Demonstrated success in managing high-budget events with multiple stakeholders.

– Ability to establish and nurture client relationships.

– Experienced senior advisor capable of gaining the trust of key stakeholders/clients.
