Commercial Lines Account Manager
We are a fastly growing insurance agency seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on a supportive work environment. We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to grow alongside our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner while addressing questions and concerns
- Provide information and guidance on commercial lines insurance products and services
- Handle “soup-to-nuts” commercial lines account management, including day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts
- Market, quote, and rate renewal accounts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Applied EPIC
- Prepare certificates of insurance, client correspondence, and related documentation
Knowledge & Skills Desired:
- Active P&C License Required
- Strong customer service focus with a high level of professionalism
- 1-3 years Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance or Personal Lines Insurance
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
