Our construction client is looking for an Assistant Construction Superintendent to oversee their multifamily and senior living projects in the Walnut Creek area.
Assistant Construction Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with preparation of daily reports documenting the job site progress
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, designers, consultants, and the surrounding community
- Assist with QA/QC for the project
- Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and administer Environmental, Health and Safety Management Program
Assistant Construction Assistant Superintendent Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree
- 3+ years experience on construction projects
- Ground up multifamily and or senior living experience required
Assistant Construction Assistant Superintendent Benefits:
- Salary: $140-160K
