Floating Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualities and Responsibilities
- 3+ years in a leadership role – fast-casual
- Drive excellence and lead teams
- A coach mentality – the ability to lead, mentor, and develop your people
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
- Desire to work hands-on with the team during service – this is not a desk job
- Strong communication skills with zero ego
- Bilingual is a HUGE plus! (Spanish-English)
- Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering
