A growing restaurant group in Charleston is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to help lead back-of-house operations for one of its high-volume concepts. What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH management experience
- Strong tenure and proven track record of stability
- Experience in high-volume scratch kitchens preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Solid understanding of kitchen systems, food cost, and labor management
- Passion for quality, consistency, and creating a positive kitchen culture
- Hands-on management style with the ability to stay calm and organized during busy services
