We are seeking an experienced Machine Shop Manager for a well-established, growing company. The ideal candidate for the Machine Shop Manager role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily machine shop operations to ensure production schedules, quality requirements, and delivery commitments are met.
Machine Shop Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all operations and the entire production cycle, including the workforce, machinery & tooling, production, processes, materials, supplies, facilities, and safety.
• Lead and manage operations and manufacturing teams as orders are processed through the shop, including contract review, production, and planning.
• Oversee CNC machines, programming, manual equipment, tooling, fixtures, and software.
• Integrate 3D modeling software with programming.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment that encourages and motivates employees.
• Ensure effective communication between shifts and other departments by ensuring company performance and safety.
• 5+ years of Machine Shop/CNC Management experience.
Machine Shop Manager Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range $115K – $135K, based on experience.
• Comprehensive Benefits Package and relocation.
