We are looking for a polished and highly engaging Beverage Manager to join our team in Maryland. You will bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to 20 team members. Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities of service and bar – create a fun vibe.
- Brand liaison for coordinating with vendors and making all purchases for the bars.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow through.
- Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
Bar Manager Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $3 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to identify revenue streams and close opportunity gaps and develop the surrounding team.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 20+ immediate direct reports.
