Director of Digital Strategy Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience in social media management, digital content leadership, and brand strategy.
- Expertise in digital storytelling, organic growth, and podcast management.
- Strong team leadership experience with proven ability to hire, train, and inspire creative teams.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and brand-building abilities.
- Deep proficiency with social platforms, analytics, and organic advertising strategies.
Director of Digital Strategy Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive content and social media strategy aligned with company mission and growth targets.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and amplify personal brands across digital platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of content creators, social media VAs, and agency partners.
- Guide the creation of premium, story-driven content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Architect and execute platform-specific strategies for organic audience growth and engagement.
- Oversee and analyze campaign performance, setting KPIs and continuously optimizing for reach, impact, and brand visibility.
- Direct all aspects of the organization’s podcasts, from guest outreach and production to repurposing content and tracking analytics.
