Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care including follow-ups, symptom management, and ongoing support

- Monitor progress and collaborate with the care team on adjustments
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Partner closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless care
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (or eligible)
- Experience or interest in oncology, chronic care, or integrative medicine
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
