What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Ensure full staffing, strong training, and consistent service standards
- Oversee labor, food safety, and company compliance
- Lead by example on the floor during peak business hours
- Build a culture of accountability, respect, and performance
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of QSR General Manager experience
- Proven success driving sales and developing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ServSafe certified
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
