A growing, forward-thinking healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Director (Physician) to lead within a functional and integrative care model focused on addressing root causes, preventing disease, and optimizing long-term patient health.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care rooted in functional and preventive medicine principles
- Oversee clinical quality, safety, and consistency across the care team
- Guide personalized treatment plans, diagnostics, and therapies
- Support and mentor nurse practitioners and clinical staff
- Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases
- Help shape and refine care protocols that focus on long-term outcomes
- Partner with leadership to support a thoughtful, scalable care model
Qualifications
- MD or DO with active state license
- Board-certified or board-eligible (IM, FM, EM, or related)
- Experience collaborating with advanced practice providers
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
- Interest in functional, integrative, or longevity-focused care (experience preferred, not required)
