VP of Casino Marketing

What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy spanning direct marketing, advertising, digital/social, PR, promotions, and entertainment
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through segmentation, reinvestment strategies, and loyalty programs
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with overall brand strategy
- Analyze performance and ROI, optimizing campaigns for measurable results
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to proactively adjust strategies
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and high service standards
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teams
- Manage budgets and P&L performance to meet or exceed financial targets
What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive senior marketing leadership with direct revenue responsibility in the casino industry
- Proven experience in multiple and/or large casino or gaming environments (required)
- Expertise across full-cycle marketing: analytics, campaigns, database marketing, promotions, digital, and player development
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into strategy
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
