Our client is looking for an experienced General Store Manager to run their 30k sf, high-volume specialty retail location.
General Store Manager compensation:
- Salary of $130k+ and bonus potential
- Medical, dental, vision, 401k

General Store Manager responsibilities
- Drive store sales, profit, and payroll performance; analyze P&L to improve profitability and reduce costs
- Identify, communicate, and resolve store issues; escalate to District/Home Office as needed
- Lead daily operations, including floor supervision and opening/closing procedures
- Oversee freight flow, inventory control, and asset tracking
- Ensure execution of advertising setups and visual merchandising standards
- Manage staffing, hiring, scheduling, and training to maintain strong customer service
- Coach and develop all team members on operations, customer satisfaction, and solution selling
- Handle HR matters in compliance with guidelines; partner with HR leadership when required
General Store Manager requirements:
- 5+ years of big box retail store manager experience with 100+ employees
- Experience with consumer electronics is highly desired
- Experience running all aspects of the store including sales floor, warehouse, and full P&L
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
