Director of Business Development Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years leading and managing sales teams within the exhibit industry
- Demonstrated experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative research data
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and presentation skills
- Proven problem-solving and strong negotiation abilities
Director of Business Development Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and support a high-performing sales team to maximize productivity
- Grow existing accounts, maintaining regular, systematic follow-ups
- Deliver on annual sales goals through focused expansion and account penetration
- Present new products and exclusive vendor offerings to secure and expand business
- Ensure accounts receive optimal service and maintain comprehensive account profiles
- Travel as needed to support team and client needs
