Head Chef Requirements and Qualifications:
- Good career tenure.
- 2 plus years of experience in the role of Head Chef.
- Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP regulations.
- Coaching and developing the kitchen staff.
- Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
- Motivating the team through thick and thin.
