An established and growing technology firm is looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE to join the team and make an immediate impact by providing support to key initiatives across HR.
The ideal HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE will bring 2+ years of experience in human resources, be able to pick up projects quickly, and communicate with staff on HR initiatives.
This is a hybrid role, 4 days are expected in office.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of HR support to include personnel files, acting as HR contact, detailed administrative support in regulated industry, compliance reporting, and additional duties.
- Collaborate with key teams as necessary for HR and additional administrative support.
- Coordinate internal communication and company events.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree and 2+ years of HR experience in a smaller company (100-150 people)
- Demonstrated experience in working with regulatory based rules and policies.
- Proficiency in HR technology with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
