Product Marketer — Senior Manager Level Location: Fully Remote (Except NY and CA) | Hybrid — South Florida Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 base + 10–15% performance bonus
Are you a product marketer who builds things from scratch and measures success in revenue, not activity?
Our client is a well-established, global B2B manufacturing leader with over 30 years of market dominance, multiple locations across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, and a reputation for quality and innovation that has made them the go-to partner for some of the most recognized brands in the world. They are building their product marketing function from the ground up and need the person who will own it.
This is not a role for someone who inherits a playbook. This is a role for someone who writes one.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Product Marketer, you will define how the company wins across four high-growth verticals — Commercial Laundry, Fashion, Workwear, and Athletics — and you will be held accountable for revenue performance within those segments. You will report directly to the Brand Director and sit at the intersection of strategy, sales, and commercial execution.
You will own:
- Segment strategy — Define Ideal Customer Profiles, size opportunities, and set revenue targets by vertical
- Competitive positioning — Build the frameworks, objection-handling tools, and differentiation narratives that help sales win
- Commercial packaging — Turn complex capabilities into structured, sellable programs that reduce one-off selling and accelerate scale
- Infrastructure — Build the tools, templates, processes, and playbooks that will define the product marketing function for years to come
- Launch positioning — Own the commercial narrative and revenue objectives for new product and capability launches
- Field alignment — Develop case studies, segment playbooks, and consistent messaging across sales and marketing teams
This role does not own campaigns or day-to-day sales management. It owns market clarity, competitive strength, and segment revenue acceleration.
WHO YOU ARE
You have at least 5 years of product marketing, segment marketing, or commercial strategy experience in a B2B environment. You've worked across multiple companies, you know what good looks like, and you can prove it with specific examples. You've sat close enough to sales to understand what they actually need — and you've held yourself accountable to revenue outcomes, not just deliverables.
Most importantly, you've done this in at least one of our client's four core verticals: Commercial Laundry, Fashion, Workwear, or Athletics. That vertical fluency is non-negotiable.
You thrive in environments where the structure doesn't exist yet. You're energized by the blank page, not intimidated by it. You know how to prioritize, say no when needed, and build accountability where none existed before.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in product marketing, commercial strategy, or segment marketing
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following: Commercial Laundry, Fashion, Workwear, or Athletics
- Proven ability to build marketing infrastructure — tools, playbooks, processes — from the ground up
- Track record of translating operational or product capabilities into clear, compelling commercial messaging
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning and reporting against revenue-linked metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams in B2B or multi-SKU environments
- Bachelor's degree required; Marketing concentration preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% for trade shows office and customer visits
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $110,000 – $120,000
- Performance bonus: 10–15%
- Fully remote from any US state except New York and California
- Hybrid flexibility for South Florida based candidates
