Venue and Event Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $75,000

Venue and Event Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, entertainment, or event/venue sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work onsite during business hours and events
Venue and Event Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience leveraging social media for business development
Venue and Event Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive group sales, private event bookings, venue buy-outs, and catering sales
- Serve as the primary contact for all sales inquiries and client relationships
- Meet with clients to design and customize event packages and experiences
- Maintain and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to operational teams
- Lead weekly sales and operations meetings to ensure seamless event execution
- Represent the venue at local, regional, and national trade shows to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance offerings and continuously improve guest satisfaction
