A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control and material flow within a high-volume plant environment. This role is key to ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production continuity, and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Lead cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
- Supervise and develop inventory staff across multiple shifts
- Partner with production, shipping, and purchasing teams
- Drive process improvements and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of inventory control experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Preferred: Background in automotive or aerospace manufacturing
