Commercial Lines Support Rep. Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $45,000.

Commercial Lines Support Rep. Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable working in agency management systems (training provided)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Prior insurance preferred, but not required
Commercial Lines Support Rep. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support Commercial Lines Account Managers with day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts
- Issue and manage proofs of insurance, including Auto ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and Evidence of Property
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in agency management systems
- Provide administrative support with policy servicing, including endorsement processing, audits, and policy expirations and renewals
- Request, track, and follow up on loss runs and loss control recommendations
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, missing information, and required documentation
- Monitor claim activity and communicate updates internally to the Account Management team
- Ensure policies, endorsements, and related documents are delivered to clients in a timely manner
- Navigate carrier websites to obtain policies, endorsements, invoices, and related policy documents
